MISSION
We march for human life – for the unborn and the unseen, for mothers whose strength and care often go unnoticed, and for fathers whose support is especially important to the mothers of their babies and to their growing children. We march for the wisdom of grandparents, which every young family needs, and for a future that respects human life and dignity from its beginning to natural death. We also march for science that serves creation and life, not destruction. Every life, however small it may seem, is worthy of being welcomed and accompanied with love.
VISION
We strive for a society where a culture of life prevails: every mother is respected, supported, and shown compassion; every father is encouraged to take responsibility and take pride in fatherhood; and life is valued for its inherent dignity. We want every child to be received as a gift, and mothers and fathers to be supported not only during pregnancy but also while raising the child.
GOAL AND OBJECTIVES
Our goal is to show peaceful but firm support for human life and its dignity, strengthening the pro-life movement in Lithuania. We promote a culture of life through respect for the unborn, assistance to families in cases of crisis pregnancy and infertility, and financial support for raising children at the local, municipal, and national levels. We emphasize that defending life seeks comprehensive support for women and men: life arises from the complementarity of the male and female sexes, so the mutual responsibility of father and mother must be recognized.
CONTEXT
In Lithuania, thousands of lives begun are lost every year due to abortions. At the same time, this is a demographic loss and a national security issue, especially in today's situation. We observe that legislation seeks to normalize abortion as an “appropriate and moral” means of family planning, funded regardless of medical indications. Therefore, it is important to remind that children are not a “choice” – they are a human being with the right to life and to a family.
WHO IS THIS MARCH FOR? COMMUNICATION
This march invites reflection on what human life means to us and what decisions society chooses. It is solidarity with women who choose to give birth, and with men who take responsibility. We march not to judge, but to support; not to impose, but to help people freely choose the good. Our language is respectful and empathetic: the truth is spoken with love, not with slogans. We march because silence is not neutral, and because a mother's womb and a father's care should be the safest place in the world.
