By using this site you agree to act lawfully and in good faith. Content is © Kontrastas unless otherwise noted; quotations are allowed under fair-use principles with attribution.

Reader accounts

You can create an account via a one-time email link. You are responsible for the security of your account and for everything posted under your identity. You can delete the account at any time from /account or by emailing kontaktas@infokontrastas.lt.

Comments

Comments are moderated. Hate speech, personal attacks, spam, and off-topic promotion will be removed. We reserve the right to close comments or accounts without prior notice.

Donations

Donations are processed by Stripe and are non-refundable unless required by law. You can cancel a monthly subscription at any time by emailing kontaktas@infokontrastas.lt — further charges stop immediately.

Petitions

By signing a petition you confirm the information you provide is truthful. Duplicate or fraudulent signatures will be removed. Your name and city may be forwarded to the petition recipient.

Liability

Kontrastas is not liable for damages arising from third-party service outages (Stripe, Supabase, Vercel) or from user-submitted content in comments.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Vilnius.
